

A summary of our history
The story begins at the end of the 19th century in Ponta Grossa (PR), with Ovídio Guimarães and Livina Marcondes. Since then, the family has built a trajectory marked by sustainable production and respect for the land.
Over the generations, it has expanded its activities to the timber, livestock, and agricultural sectors, adopting innovative practices such as no-till farming and the use of biological inputs.
In 2024, it became Nestlé's first Regenerative Agriculture Model Farm in Latin America, and in 2025 the Origem dos Campos brand was born, a symbol of more than a century of work, innovation and commitment to nature.

Since 2008, we have been producing early-maturing lambs of unparalleled quality, comparable to the best results worldwide, and supplying the Castrolanda Cooperative, whose target audience is the gourmet market in the state of São Paulo.
